I am Farnaz a multidisciplinary artist working across fashion design, visual arts, and graphic design. In 2011, I founded POOSH-e MA, a womenswear brand where I explore bold forms, colors, and personal expression. My creative journey began in theater, where I acted from a young age. Designing costumes for stage performances was my first hands-on experience with clothing as a medium, which later grew into a broader exploration of identity, resistance, and self-expression.
Project
Launched in 2021, FARA Projects is a collaborative platform that empowers indigenous women across Iran by revitalizing traditional crafts through contemporary dialogue. It brings together local women deeply rooted in their regional craft practices and offers workshops, training, and creative processes that value heritage while embracing transformation.
